Visitors
In order to enter buildings and office premises of BPI Co., which are not publicly accessible areas, you need to identify yourself, to disclose the organization you are representing and the reason for your visit. You may be required to present an ID document, as the ID document shall be scanned, copied or temporarily kept by the security guards. We are processing your personal data for the purpose of ensuring the security of the property of BPI Co. and control the access, as the information is stored for one month and the access to it is strictly restricted. Each building with access control has an information board, providing you with detailed information.
Video surveillance
You may be the subject of video surveillance, when you enter, stay in or exit a building or office premises of BPI Co. In each and every building, where video surveillance takes place, there is a graphic sign “CCTV in operation“ and an information board. We do not carry out video surveillance in meeting rooms, personnel resting, toilettes etc. The purpose of the video surveillance is to protect the property of BPI Co. In order to obtain more detailed information, read the information board in the building you are visiting.
Contacts
If you contact us through the email address for contacts, we shall process the personal data you have provided, such as your email address, name and other information, shared in the email message. BPI Co. processes the personal data on a case-by-case basis. The data may only be disclosed to third parties, subject to the previsions of a legal regulation or law.
Signals and complaints
Your personal data, when you are filing a signal or complaint, and personal data, specified in such signal or complaint, are processed by BPI Co. on a case-by-case basis. The date in the signal or complaint may only be disclosed to third parties, subject to the previsions of a legal regulation or law.
Requests, pursuant to the Access to Public Information Act
Upon request, pursuant to the Access to Public Information Act, BPI Co. provides information solely and to the extent it corresponds to the objectives of the Access to Public Information Act and in compliance with the requirements of the data protection legislation.
“Cookies” are small amounts of data, which the website stores on the browser of visitor’s computer or mobile device. Our website only uses “cookies“, required for its functioning. Through the respective setting of your browser, you can always turn off, both our cookies and those of third parties. Your rights, related to the processing of your personal data
You have the following rights, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, when BPI Co., as a data controller, processes your personal data:

BPI Co. is obliged to notify any and all third parties, to whim your personal data have been disclosed, of any rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of your data.
If you want to exercise any of your rights, related to the processing of your personal data, you must complete the enclosed Application for Exercising Rights. You may exercise your rights in one of the following manners: by submitting an Application for Exercising Rights in person or acting through a proxy at the Head Office of BPI Co. in Sofia or at any of the branches – territorial divisions in Burgas, Varna, Lom or Ruse; to file an Application for Exercising Rights electronically, to the email address of the data officer of BPI Co. subject to the provisions of the applicable legislation (Electronic Document and Electronic Certifying Services Act, Electronic Governance Act and Electronic Identification Act).
We may request that you provide us with further information, which will be used to confirm your identity. In this way we shall prevent the possibility that we inadvertently disclose your personal data to a third party.
We shall response to your Application for Exercising Rights within one month. If you have submitted multiple Applications for Exercising Rights or if your requests are particularly complex, the deadline for our response may be extended to two months. In this case you will be notified of the extended deadline for the response.
If your requests are evidently unjustified, excessive or repeated, we may refuse to comply with your request, as you shall be notified of our decision and the respective motives.
